Most regular loads only need one pod. For extra‑large or heavily soiled loads, some customers choose to use two, but always follow your machine’s capacity guidelines.

Yes — our pods dissolve fully in both top‑loader and front‑loader machines, as well as in hot, warm, or cold water.

Our formula is designed to be gentle on skin and free from harsh irritants. If you or someone in your home has very sensitive skin, we recommend starting with a small test load to ensure comfort.

This is rare, but it can happen in overloaded drums or very short cycles. A Minimum of 30 minute cycles and reducing the load size so water can circulate properly.

Keep pods in their original,  sealed container, stored in a cool, dry place and always out of reach of children and pets. Moisture and humidity can cause pods to stick together.
